Happy spring! I am excited to share the news of a new home for Each Peach Family Wellness.
Beginning July 22, 2019, I (Dr. Kitt) will be seeing patients out of Healthy Living Family Medicine in SE Portland. The new location is just under 2 miles south of Portland Natural Medicine. It is very easily accessed by car, bike or public transportation as it is just off SE Milwaukie Ave, I-405 and SE Powell Ave. We have on-site parking for patients as well as free street parking should the parking lot be full.
I love the warm homey feel of Healthy Living Family Medicine and the community of providers with whom I will soon be practicing. I am thrilled to have increased flexibility of my schedule there and will be offering appointments 4 days per week during the week and every other Saturday.
I look forward to being able to provide quality care to patients and am excited to share that Victoria, our office manager from Portland Natural Medicine, will be helping as my off-site assistant. She will answer or return phone calls and emails and ensure smooth clinic flow. She will also be offering regular on-site phlebotomy appointments.

Until July 22, 2019, you can schedule visits with me at Portland Natural Medicine online or by calling Portland Natural Medicine at 503-239-1022. The front desk can also help you schedule at the new location. I will be migrating chart notes and calendar information to my new clinic mid-July so there should be a seamless transition of both care and calendar information.
