By opting in to receive SMS messages from Each Peach Family Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
SMS Messaging Service
By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Each Peach Family Wellness for appointment reminders or general two-way communication about whether or not a visit is needed. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Messaging frequency varies, a member will generally not receive any messages directly from Each Peach Family Wellness unless they send a message first and someone is replying, or they are receiving an appointment confirmation. This means a person can expect 0-4 messages per month from Each Peach Family Wellness. Each Peach Family Wellness reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Each Peach Family Wellness and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
HIPPA compliance
If a patient chooses to text Each Peach Family Wellness, they recognize the risks of sending and receiving health information subject to HIPAA privacy laws via text message. Each Peach Family Wellness will make every effort to not share private patient information by text.
Emergencies
If a patient subscriber is experiencing a medical emergency, they should always dial 911 instead of waiting to hear whether an appointment is available at Each Peach Family Wellness.
Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed and a note will be made in your HIPPA compliant chart.
