Online scheduling is up and other updates

Fantastic news– the move is done!

Now that Dr. Kitt has finished with moving furniture, equipment, supplies and data, everything can settle in to a new normal. Thank goodness!!

Important updates:

1. Online scheduling has been enabled. To schedule your appointment, go to:
http://eachpeachwellness.com/making-appointments/

2. When chart data migrated, a new patient portal associated only with me (Dr. Kitt) was created. We will be sending an invitation to everyone to join the new portal. When you get the email invitation, use your previous portal login information. Once you’re logged in you’ll see “Dr. Kitt Guaraldi” (this is the previous portal) and “Dr. Kitt Guaraldi-HLFM” (this is the new and current portal). Eventually the previous portal will be closed but I want to make sure patients can get in touch with me during the transition period, so it is not closed yet.

3. My assistant Victoria is answering phones Tuesday and Thursday PM and Friday all day. I am seeking more help for phone calls and scheduling during other business hours, but in the meantime, please be patient! I realize this is not ideal as you all lead busy lives.

*You can message me on the portal to let me know if you’re having trouble getting in touch with someone so I can keep track of how many folks are bothered by this staff deficit.

Victoria is not in the office with me, so when you come to your appointment I will be collecting copays and checking people out. Pearl is generally at the Healthy Living front desk right now, and she will notify me of your arrival but otherwise does not provide assistance to me. I would like to put a credit card on file for patients to avoid having to spend visit time with the checking in and out… my eventual goal is to have actual front desk help but we’re not quite there yet.

4. Office hours have changed somewhat– Saturday appointments will continue every other Saturday and I’ve added Monday and Friday options as well. Hopefully this actually offers better coverage for folks!
